I AM STILL GUNNING FOR RE-ELECTION – NYANTAKYI

The President of the Ghana Football Association, Kwesi Nyantakyi says he is still gunning for re-election as the GFA top man despite running for election for an executive member position at the Confederation of African Football (CAF). Nyantakyi told footyghana.com that the CAF executive position will only enhance his work as the GFA President and since he will only be required to attend meetings 4 times a year and he will be based in Accra, he will still contest the GFA top job. He said, ‘Many feel that the CAF Executive position is full time, but it is not. It is a part time position which will only enhance my work as the GFA President.’ Nyantakyi also revealed that he has adopted the one-on-one approach in his campaign for the seat, adding that the feedback has so far been positive.
